This work was part of a collateral show for the second edition of the “Lahore Biennale” in 2020
The video on loop is the one and only video in history of Pakistan Electronic media that was broadcasted on National Television, of a girl from Swat, Pakistan being flogged by the Taliban, in 2008.
The broom in continuous motion is a portrayal of injustices that are brushed away and buried in the detritus of news and events.
